TrueFlow started in 1989 with one van, a pager, and a promise: quote the price before the work, and stand behind the work after. Thirty-seven years and fourteen thousand jobs later, the vans are newer, but the promise hasn't moved.

Flat, upfront quotes approved before work starts. No hourly meters, no surprise line items, no "while we're in here" upsells. If we misjudge the job, that's on us, not your invoice.
We limited ourselves to three services on purpose: drains, water heaters, and emergencies. Our techs do the same work every day, hold the licenses to prove it, and train the apprentices who come next.
Shoe covers at the door, drop cloths under the work, and a job site cleaner than we found it. We photograph the finished work and email you the record.

Every TrueFlow tech is a Washington-licensed plumber or a registered apprentice working under one. Our crew lives in the neighborhoods we serve across Seattle & the Eastside, which is why the truck gets to you in an hour, not an afternoon.
